BACKGROUND
HIGHPOINT CAPITAL GROUP, LLC was founded by Jeffrey Seltzer. Mr. Seltzer has over eighteen years of commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, dispositions, investment analysis, property development and asset management.

Mr. Seltzer holds a M.B.A in Finance & Accounting from the University of Chicago. He also holds a Law Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, ranked within the top three schools in Canada. Mr. Seltzer is a licensed broker in California and is a member of both ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and the Beverly Hills Chapter of YPO (Young Presidents Organization).

Prior to founding Highpoint Capital, Mr. Seltzer was Director of Acquisitions at Adler Realty Investments where he originated and oversaw the acquisition of over 18 properties valued at more than $150 million including properties in Arizona, California, Colorado and Texas.

Prior to joining Adler, Mr. Seltzer served as Asset Manager for Blackstone Real Estate Advisors in New York where he oversaw a diversified real estate portfolio of over $500 million of office, hotel & retail properties located throughout the entire United States. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Seltzer was an acquisitions associate at Hines where he was involved in over $300 million of new developments and acquisitions.
